摘要 参照"QJ 2099—1991三向纤维增强复合材料弯曲性能试验方法"标准,针对ACCC导线碳纤维复合芯弯曲应力损伤,对试验件进行三点弯曲试验,并同步对损伤进行声发射检测。通过声发射信号时域分析和频域分析方法,找出在不同应力损伤与声发射信号功率谱频率之间的对应关系。试验结果表明:树脂基体断裂和碳纤维断裂有明显不同特征,声发射采集的功率谱频率相差很大,树脂基体断裂的功率谱频率在150 kHz左右,碳纤维断裂的功率谱频率在250 kHz左右。声发射仪接收到功率谱低频率为主,则碳纤维复合芯的树脂基体有断裂;声发射仪接收到功率谱以高频率为主,则复合芯的碳纤维有断裂。 Reference to " QJ 2099--1991 three Dimension to fiber reinforced composite flexural properties" standard for the ACCC conductors carbon fiber composite core production reel in bending stress injury, the test pieces three-point bending test, acoustic emission detection and synchronization of injury, through the analysis of the acoustic emission signal time domain and frequency domain analysis methods to identify the corresponding rela- tions between the different stress injury and acoustic emission signal test results show that : the fracture of the resin matrix and carbon fibe power spectrum frequency is presented. The r breakage have significantly different charac- teristics, the power spectrum of frequency acoustic emission acquisition vary greatly, the resin substrate fracture of the power spectrum frequency at about 150 kHz, the power spectrum of the carbon fiber breakage frequency around at 250 kHz. If acoustic emission instrument receiver to the power spectrum of low frequency based carbon fiber composite core of the resin base body in the actual production line closing volume fracture ; if acoustic emission in- strument receiver to the power spectrum at a high frequency based, the composite core of the carbon fiber have frac-ture.
