摘要
把太阳能集热器固体部分和流体部分分别列出动态能量平衡方程,经过合并和化简,得到了太阳能集热器整体动态能量平衡方程。该方程中含有物理意义清晰的各个模型参数,可以对太阳能集热器进行评价比较。针对真空管型太阳能集热器入射角影响因子的特殊性,给出了具体的解决方案。然后对真空管型太阳能集热器进行了实验验证。该新型动态测试方法可以在宽松的天气和实验条件下进行测试;相比于稳态测试,大大节省了测试时间,降低了设备与人工成本。实验结果表明,应用该方法可以得到合理稳定的测试结果。
A dynamic test method is introduced which split solar collector into two parts each with an energy conservation equation. Then after combining the two equations, a total solar collector energy conservation equation is obtained. The mathematical model of the new dynamic test method contains more model parameters which can be used for evaluating solar collectors. The solution of incident angle modifier for evacuated tubular collector was then introduced. The new dynamic test method can test solar collectors under transient weather condition and relax ex- perimental condition. Compared with steady state test method, the dynamic method can save test time and reduce facility and labor cost. The experimental test data were processed for multiple linear regression and the results with statistic analysis were calculated. The results demonstrate that the new dynamic test method is valid.
