摘要
以某型离心泵产品为例,分析在定常流动中不同的动静流域交界面设定对产品性能计算结果的影响,并与试验数据进行比较,找出最优的动静交界面设定准则,为以后的流体仿真提供经验依据。结果表明,在定常仿真计算中,对于叶轮和蜗壳这种动静相交的部件,把两者之间的过渡区域全部设置到叶轮的旋转区域中更为合理。
Based on the example of a certain type of centrifugal pump, this study analyzes the influences of computing result for the different interface between static domain and rotative domain in the steady state flow, and compares them with testing results, trying to find the optimized interface, so as to provide experience for future flow simulation research. The result shows that in steady state flow simulation calculation, for components with static-ro- tative interface such as impellers and volutes, it is more reasonable to set the transition domain to the rotative domain of the impeller.
