摘要
针对长庆某区块油田注水驱替效率低,油藏温度30—80℃的情况,开发出一种重烷基苯磺酸钠与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚复配型表面活性剂,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明,在浓度为5 g/L、温度为80℃及矿化度为50 000 mg/L的条件下,油水界面张力可在8 min内快速降至3.5×10-3mN/m。在80℃、矿化度为50 000 mg/L、浓度为5 g/L及测试时间为2 h乳化性测试中析水量为2%(油水总体积)。岩心吸附测试中岩心吸附量较小,在连续5 d吸附稳定性测试中界面张力均可达到10-3mN/m数量级。填砂管驱替测试表明在水测渗透率为95 mD时,采收率可提高为10.5%。
According to that water flood recovery rate is low or displacement efficiency and the temperature is 30--80 ℃ in Changqing Oilfield, A anion/non-ionic comprising surfactant was developed and the property was evaluated. The results indicated that the oil-water interfacial tension can rapidly fall to 3.5×10^-3 mN/m in 8 minutes while the concentration was 5 g/L and the salinity was 50 000 mg/L at 80℃. The condensate water is 2% ( oil-water volume) in emulsifying property test when the concentration was 5 g/L and the salinity was 50 000 rag/ L at 80℃. Sands can lower the oil-water interracial tension to 10-3 mN/m in 5 d. A sand-pack flooding experiment indicate that it could enhance the yield of oil to 10. 5% while the permeability to water was 95 mD.
