用边界元分析功能梯度材料的稳态热传导 被引量:5

摘要 假设材料梯度参数热传导率以指数形式变化,应用Green函数导出了功能梯度材料稳态热传导问题的边界积分方程,提出用均匀材料的Green函数及与材料梯度参数有关的项共同表达梯度材料的Green函数。以某梯度材料转子为例,用边界元法对其进行了稳态热传导分析,并通过与有限元方法所得分析结果进行对比验证此方法的正确性。 The steady-state heat conduction is discussed for functionally graded materials in which the thermal conductivity varies exponentially in one coordinate. The corresponding boundary integral equation formulation is de- rived by the Green' s function(GF) for two and three dimensional cases. The GF for graded material in one dimen- sion is expressed as the GF for the homogeneous material plus additional terms due to material gradation. An exam- ple of the steady-state heat conduction in a FGM rotor has been carried out by the boundary element method (BEM). The results obtain by the BEM are in excellent agreement with finite element simulations, and thus the method is deem valid.
