摘要
建设中美"新型大国关系",要确定一个符合实际的目标,这个目标定高了、定低了都不行。目标一旦确定了,就要找到主要矛盾,只有抓准主要矛盾,才能纲举目张。在解决主要矛盾同时,要控制和防止干扰因素破坏。中美"新型大国关系"的目标应当定位于"拥有战略互信的竞争关系",主要矛盾就是创新中美经济合作机制,干扰因素就是亚太安全问题、中美政治摩擦。
To build up a new-type relationship between major countries for China and the U.S., we need to set up a practical target and it is no good setting that target either too high or too low. Once that target is established, the principle contradiction should be found out. So long as the principle contradiction has been singled out and all the key links are rightly grasped, everything else will fall into place. In resolving the principle contradiction, there is a need to control and prevent damages caused by undue interferences. The main target of the new-type relationship between major countries for China and the U.S. ought to be defined as 'competitive relationship endowed with strategic mutual trust'. Its main contradiction is how to innovate China-U.S economic cooperative mechanism. And the interferences lie in the Asia-Pacific security issue and China-U.S. political frictions.
