摘要
目前国内外对高温浓酸产生点蚀已基本解决,但对解决现场酸化施工中高温稀酸的点蚀正探讨之中。为适应大庆外围深井勘探的需要,解决酸化中的点坑蚀问题,1985年我所与华中理工大学协作,对缓蚀剂的主要性能和要求,进行多方面的实验,共同研制以苄基喹啉和丙炔醇复合的多组分的8401-J缓蚀剂,经现场试验,8401-J比TG-03和美国A-170、SC-303缓蚀剂的防点蚀性好。1987年12月由大庆科委鉴定,现已推广应用。
<ABSTRACT> Recently, pit corrosion caused by high temperature concentrated acid in china and abroad has been solved, and how to solve pit corrosion of high temperature weak acid during acidizing operations is under consideration. In order to meet the requirements of deep well exploration around Daqing, to solve the pilling problem during acidization.Combined with Central University of Science & Engineering, a mullicomponent 8401-J corrosion inhibitor combined with benzyl quinoline and allylene alcohol was worked cut in 1985.After field experiments, the performance of inhibiting pitting corrosion of 8401--J is better than TG--03 and the corrosion inhibitors A--A 170 anb SC--303 made in U .S. A. Appraised by the Scientific & Technological Commission of Daqing this product is being used.
