摘要胆总管结石（common bile duct stones，CBDS）是肝外胆道的常见疾病，依结石的产生原因不同，可分为原发性和继发性两种类型。目前较多的是胆囊切除术后的胆总管结石。既往手术是治疗胆总管结石的唯一方法，随着微创技术的发展，胆总管结石的治疗也进入微创时代，这得益于腹腔镜和内镜技术的发展，现就胆总管结石的微创治疗进行阐述。
