摘要
目的：外固定架治疗胫骨骨折骨不连疗效评价。方法：采用半环槽式外固定架对３６例胫骨骨折骨不连进行治疗，通过轴向加压，促进骨折愈合，早期关节活动，保持或恢复关节功能。结果：所有病例在４～１７月内愈合。功能复查：优２４例占６６．７％，良７例占 １６． ７％，可 ４例占 １１.２％，差 ２例占 ５． ４％。结论：半环槽式外固定架治疗胫骨骨折骨不连，固定牢靠，通过轴向加压能促进骨折愈合，早期无痛性关节活动有利于关节功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of nonunion of tibia fracture with semicircle external fixative. Methods: To use semicircle external fixative trented nonunion fracture with axial force, got a function exercises in early stage and good joint function. Results: All cases got union of tibia fracture in 4 to 17 months after operation, According to the criterion of treatmant effects, 24 as excellent (66. 7% ), 7 as good(16. 7% ), 4 as fair(11. 2% )and 2 as poor(5. 4% ). Conclusion: Nonunion of tibia fracture were treated with semicircle external fixative, keeped stationary joint pain and function in early stage.
