摘要 一侧睾丸损害对另侧睾丸的影响一直深受临床的广泛关注。自1969年Laron等[1]首次提出睾丸代偿性变化(compensatory testic-ular adaptation,CTA)的概念以来,不少学者通过临床病例及动物试验模型对CTA的影响因素、发生机制、性激素水平改变及远期影响等进行了深入的研究。本文就近年来有关CTA的影响因素、
