摘要
目的了解南京市浦口区快捷酒店卫生现状,加强快捷酒店卫生监督管理力度。方法对南京市浦口区快捷酒店卫生监测结果进行分析。结果共检测520套样本,每套包括被套、枕套、床单、毛巾、垫巾、浴巾各1件,细菌总数监测项目合格率分别为68.1%、56.9%、61.9%、61.2%、41.9%、42.7%;大肠菌群检测项目合格率分别为69.6%、60.8%、65.4%、63.7%、44.0%、41.5%。结论南京市快捷酒店虽然快捷但却不够清洁,其中被套、枕套、床单、毛巾、垫巾、浴巾不合格指标主要为细菌总数和大肠菌群。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of the express hotels in Pukou district of Nanjing city for strengthening the health supervision efforts.Methods The sanitary monitoring results of the express hotels in Pukou district were analyzed.Results 520 sets of samples were tested.Each set included quilt cover,pillowcase,bed sheets,towels,pad towel,bath towel,and the qualified rates of the total bacterial count monitoring items were 68.1%,56.9%,61.9%,61.2%,41.9% and 42.7% respectively;the qualified rates of the coliform detection items were 69.6%,60.8%,65.4%,63.7%,44.0% and 41.5% respectively.Conclusion The express hotels in Nanking city are fast,but not clean enough.The unqualified indexes in the quilt cover,pillowcase,bed sheets,towels,pad towel and bath towel are mainly the total bacterial count and coliform group.
