摘要
目的探讨《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》与《结核病管理信息系统》两个系统中结核病疫情数据的差异。方法通过2006—2011年两个系统中鞍山市结核病疫情统计和对比分析,评价《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中有关结核病疫情报告的可靠性、一致性,并从系统因素和人为因素两个方面剖析其结核病疫情产生漏报的原因。结果2006—2011年两个系统相差数分别为-59、-9、19、-16、-34、-59。结论实际工作中应从两个系统的局部流程管理、结构设计和人员操作乃至数据统计结果等方面产生的差异进行逐步完善和改进。
Objective To probe into the difference of tuberculosis epidemic situation data between the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention and the Tuberculosis Management Operating System.Methods Through statistics and contrastive analysis of Anshan tuberculosis epidemic situation between two systems during 2006-2011,the reliability and consistency were evaluated,and the causes of the failed reports of tuberculosis epidemic situation were analyzed from two aspects of the systematic and artificial factors.Results The gap between the two systems from 2006 to 2011 was-59,-9,19,-16,-34 and-59,respectively.Conclusion In practical work,the differences caused by partial process management,structural design,personnel manipulation,even data statistical results,etc.between the two systems should be perfected and improved step by step.
