摘要
目的探讨胎儿超声心动图(FECG)在产前先天性心脏病中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年1月行FECG检查孕妇的超声资料,总结FECG在产前先天性心脏病中的应用价值。结果 FECG诊断先天性心脏病的敏感度为93.93%(31/33),漏诊2例,误诊1例。其中33例先天性心脏病中单纯房间隔缺损6例,单纯室间隔缺损11例,心内膜垫缺损8例,左心发育不良综合征2例,单心室2例,三尖瓣下移畸形1例,法洛四联症2例,右室双出口1例。结论 FECG对产前先天性心脏病的诊断具有安全、方便、经济、敏感性高的特点,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of fetal electrocardiogram（FECG） in prenatal congenital heart disease.Methods The ultrasound data of 1000 pregnant women examined by FECG enrolled in hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the applied value of FECG in prenatal congenital heart disease.Results The susceptibility of FECG in diagnosing prenatal congenital heart disease was 93.93%,and there were 2 cases of missed diagnosis and 1 case of misdiagnosis.Among 33 cases of congenital heart disease,6 cases were simple atrial septal defect,11 cases of simple ventricular septal defect,8 cases of endocardial cushion defect,2 cases of left heart hypoplastic syndrome,2 cases of single ventricle,1 case of Ebstein′s anomaly,2 cases of tetralogy of Fallot and 1 case of double outlet right ventricle.Conclusion FECG has the characteristics of safety,convenience,economy and high sensitivity in prenatally diagnosing congenital heart disease and deserves to be promoted and applied.
