摘要
为探讨克痒舒洗液熏洗坐浴在肛周湿疹治疗中的应用价值，将80例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，对照组予青鹏软膏外涂、氯雷他定口服治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用克痒舒洗液熏洗坐浴，每天2次，7d为一疗程，4周后观察效果。结果显示，治疗组总显效率为85．0％（34／40），对照组为62．5％（25／40）；治疗组总有效率为97．5％（39／40），对照组为87．5％（35／40）。治疗组总显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，克痒舒洗液熏洗坐浴可促进肛周湿疹患者皮疹、瘙痒及渗出症状的消退，而且该药为纯中药制剂，安全无刺激，具有较高的临床应用价值。
For the objective of investigating the appliable value of Keyangshu lotion in the treatment of perianal eczema, author randomly divided 80 cases into treatment group and control group （40 cases/ group） ;gave Qingpeng salve externally and loratadine orally to control group,while to treatment group ad- dtionally Keyangshu lotion for fuming ＆ washing and sitz bath 2 times/day, 7 days/course, for 4 treatment courses（totally, 28 days）, then, the efficacy of both groups was observed and compared. As results, the total effective rate and excellent effective rate of treatment group were all higher than that of control group （97.5%,39/40 vs 87. 5%,35/40;85.0%,34/40 vs 62.5%,25/40; P 〈0.05,at all）. Results show that Keyangshu lotion used in fuming ＆ washing sitz bath can promote the symptoms such as efflorescence,tit- illation and exudation disappear;and as Chinese drug agent,it is safe without stimulation,had better appli- able value clinically.
