摘要
为探讨肛瘘术后中药熏洗坐浴、美宝湿润烧伤膏换药的临床疗效，将156例肛瘘手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各78例，治疗组术后予五地柏汤熏洗坐浴、美宝湿润烧伤膏换药，早晚各1次；对照组术后予1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，拔毒散、生肌膏、生肌散分期换药，对比分析两组患者疗效。结果显示，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；且创面愈合时间、疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组，肛门功能障碍发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，肛瘘患者术后中药熏洗坐浴、美宝湿润烧伤膏换药可促进创面愈合及肛门功能恢复，减轻患者疼痛。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of fuming ＆ washing with Chinese drugs and dressing change with MEBO（a moisture salve for burn） gauze after operation for anal fistula,authors divided ran- domly 150 patients with anal fistula into treatment group and control group,78 cases each group; treatment group was given with .above fuming ＆ washing plus dressing change,morning 1 time,night 1 time,daily, while control group with 1 ： 5000 PP solution for fuming ＆ washing sitz bath,and Badu San（powder for removing toxic material）,Shengii Gao（promoting tissue regeneration Chinese drug ointment）and ShengjiSan（Powder） for staged dressing changelthen the effects of both groups were compared and analyzed. As results, in total effective rate, in wound healing time, time for pain disappeared, and in incidence of anal dys- function,treatment groups was significantly higher, shorter and lower than control group （P〈0. 05, at all）. Results show that furfiing ＆washing with Wudibai decoction plus dressing change with MEBO can promote wound healing and function recovery of anus, so that reduce pain of patients.
