摘要
为比较消痔灵注射肛垫悬吊固化术与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度混合痔的近期疗效，将68例重度混合痔患者随机分为A组和B组，各34例，A组以消痔灵、利多卡因混合液（3：1）注射行肛垫悬吊固化术，B组行PPH，比较两组患者的近期疗效。结果显示，两组总体疗效和手术时间比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但A组在住院时间及术后疼痛、出血、坠胀感、水肿程度方面明显优于B组，P〈0．05或P〈0．01。结果表明，消痔灵注射肛垫悬吊固化术与PPH治疗重度混合痔的总体疗效相当，但前者术后并发症程度更轻，患者恢复更快。
This study was to compare the therapeutic effects for severe mixed hemorrhoids with suspending solidifying anal cushion through injecting Xiaozhiling,or with PPH. The 68 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into group A and B,34 cases each group ; group A with suspending solidifying anal cushion through injecting mixture of Xiaozhiling and lidoeaine（3 ： 1）,while group B with PPH;then the short-term effects of both groups were compared. As results,in the time for operation and the general therapeutic efficacy there were no statistical differences（ P 〉0.05）, but in hospital stay and postoperative pain, bleeding, bear-swelling, edema group A was significantly superior to group B（ P 〈 0.05,or P 〈0.01）. Results show that suspending; solidifying procedure has a paralled total effect with PPH in treating severe mixed hemorrhoids,but the former has a milder degree of postoperative complica- tions and faster recovery.
