摘要
目的:探讨蛋白质的氧化修饰与体内抗磷脂抗体产生的关系。方法:首先,在体外以次黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶氧化系统氧化大鼠β_2-GP1,然后以氧化的β_2-GP1(oxβ_2-GP1)免疫同种大鼠,最后以ELISA方法检测被免疫大鼠β_2-GP1血清中的抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)。结果:氧化的β_2-GP1免疫的大鼠血清中产生高滴度的ACA。结论:β_2-GP1的氧化修饰在ACA的产生上可能起十分重要的作用。
To study the relationship between the oxidaive modification of protein and the production of anti-cardiolipin antibodies. Method: Rat β_2 -GP1 was oxidized. Carhanyl groups of β_2-CP1 were detected by the reachon with 2, 4- dinitrophenylhudrazine. The rats were immunized with β_2-GP1, oxβ_2-GP1 with or without cardiolipin. ELISA was used to detect anti-cardiolipin antibodies. Result: The results showed that there were significant increase of ACA level in rat serum immunized with oxβ_2-GP1, or oxβ_2-GP1 with CL compared with that of non-immunized groups. Conclusion: The oxidative modification of β_2-GP1 is one of possible factors that induce the production of ACA.
