Antiarrhythmic therapy of patients with implantable cardioveter defibrillator
摘要
近20年的临床研究显示，与抗心律失常药物相比，植入型心律转复除颤器（ICD）可以显著减少心脏性猝死的发生率。但随访研究显示，致命性室性心律失常的2年复发率为30％～50％，植入ICD并不能预防室性心动过速（室速）／心室颤动（室颤）的复发，而且还可能有致心律失常作用。
