摘要
目的:探讨中晚期原发性肝癌患者介入治疗围术期的护理体会。材料与方法:术前对136例中晚期肝癌患者,给予心理疏导,术前充分准备后,采用经导管动脉化疗栓塞术进行介入治疗,术中严密观察生命体征和症状的变化,密切配合医生手术。术后严密监测生命体征变化,进行全程跟踪护理。结果:136例患者伤口愈合率100%,1例于术后1周死于上消化道大出血,其他患者全部好转出院。结论:经导管动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌是一种创伤小、疗效佳的新方法,有效的术前、术中、术后护理是保证疗效的关键。
Purpose： Middle-late discusses primary liver cancer patients interventional treatment for perioperative nursing experience. Materials and Methods： The 136 patients with preoperative middle-late liver cancer patients, give psychological counseling, preoperative preparation, using transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for intervention treatment, intraoperative close observation of vital signs and symptoms change, closely cooperate with the doctor surgery. Postoperative syndrome, practice monitoring vital signs change, for the whole tracking nursing. Results： 136 patients with wound healing rate was 100%, 1 case in postoperative 1 week died of massive hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract resulted, other patients all better discharge. Conclusion ： Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization therapy of mid and late stage liver cancer is a kind of small trauma, better curative effect of the new method, the effective preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing is the key to ensure curative effect.
