摘要
考察"当归-川芎"药对中阿魏酸肠吸收动力学及影响因素.采用在体循环灌流法,应用HPLC测定肠吸收循环液中阿魏酸的质量浓度,UV法测定肠吸收循环液中即时酚红质量浓度.研究比较"当归-川芎"药对及单味药当归、川芎中阿魏酸的吸收情况,药对中阿魏酸的吸收在质量浓度、pH值及胃肠道方面均表现出较大的优越性.药对配伍影响其成分阿魏酸的体内吸收动力学行为.
This paper explored the intestinal absorption kinetics characteristic of Ferulic acid and investigated the influence of herbal compatibility between radix angelica sinensis and gusticum chuanxiong hort on absorption of Ferulic acid. The intestine in rats was cannulated for in situ recireulation. Ferulic acid and phenol red concentration in the flux were separately measured by the reversed phase HPLC and UV. Compared with single decoction of radix an- gelica sinensis and gusticum chuanxiong hort, the compatibility of drugs could improve the intestinal absorption of ferulic acid.
