摘要
结合本地区的实际情况,研究一种能满足设计要求的加气混凝土砌块墙体专用界面剂。试验通过选取了粉煤灰与胶凝材料用量比、水胶比、平均浆体厚度这3个因素,通过正交试验,测定界面剂的工作性能和力学性能。通过初步试验的结果,选出3组较优的配合比,掺入外加剂对界面剂进行改性。优化后的界面剂的剪切粘结强度比原来有了大幅度的提高,性价比高。
Based on the local actual situation, an ACC brick exclusive interface agent that can meet the requirement of design was researched in this paper. Three parameters of fly ash-binder ratio, water-cement ratio and average paste thickness were selected, and the influence of the three parameters on workability and mechanical behaviors of interface agent was in- vestigated by a cross experiment. Based on the primary test results, selected three groups, adding modified admixtures in the interface agent was modified. The optimized interface agents have higher bonding strength and high cost performance.
