摘要
通过对过度训练大鼠补充黄柳菇总黄酮,观察大鼠血清中抗氧化酶活性的变化,探讨过度训练后机体的氧化损伤状况及黄柳菇总黄酮对氧自由基的清除效果。结果表明,过度训练后的大鼠血清抗氧化酶系受到严重破坏,而补充黄柳菇总黄酮的大鼠在不同程度上改变了血清抗氧化酶的活性,表明黄柳菇总黄酮可有效降低过度训练造成的机体氧化损伤。
Changes in antioxidant enzyme activities in the serum are observed through overtraining rats supplementedpholiota adiposa total flavonoid and overtraining oxidative damage of the body＇s condition andpholiota adiposa total flavonoids loxygen radical scavenging effect are explored in this paper. The results show that overtraining serum antioxidant enzyme system has been severely damaged,supplemental pholiota adi#osa total flavonoids rat change serum antioxidant enzyme activity in varying degree, which show pholiota adiposa total flavonoids can effectively reduce the oxidative damage caused by overtraining.
