摘要
对金银台水电站机组转轮室振动较大原因进行了详细分析,并对不同技改方案所产生的效果进行了对比,最后确定最优方案,通过对转轮室进行重新设计制造来改变转轮室的固有频率,使其在运行时能避开1.2倍转频引起的共振,较好地解决了转轮室振动较大问题,为其他灯泡贯流式机组电站提供了转轮室技术改造及设计经验。
The paper makes a detailed analysis on causes for over vibration in runner chamber of Jinyintai hydmpow- er station, and a comparison is made on the effects of different technical innovation schemes so as to determine the optimal one. The inherent frequency of the runner chamber is modified through a re-designed runner chamber so as to avoid the resonance due to 1.2 times frequency-varying, The innovated runner chamber solves the over vibration problems very well, which can be well referenced by runner chamber innovations for other bulb tubular units.
