摘要
针对单相三电平二极管中性点钳位变流器(NPC)的中点电位波动控制问题,首先分析了一种单相单极性载波调制算法(CBPWM)的原理和缺点,在此基础上,本文提出了一种基于零序电压分量注入(ZSVI)的单相单极性三电平CBPWM-ZSVI算法,分析了零序电压分量的取值范围和设计方法,该CBPWM-ZSVI算法不但能够具备有效的电压平衡能力和良好的动态抗干扰能力,而且变流器输入端电压的电平跳变幅值为直流侧电压的二分之一。最后,通过计算机仿真和1kW样机实验对该CBPWM和CBPWM-ZSVI算法的性能进行了对比研究,仿真和实验结果证明了该CBPWM-ZSVI算法的有效性和可行性。
To suppress the DC-link neutral point voltage fluctuation of single phase neutral-pointclamped(NPC) converters, the principle and shortcoming of a single phase three-level unipolar carrier-based pulse width modulation(CBPWM) algorithm is analyzed firstly. On basis of this, a single-phase three-level unipolar CBPWM with zero-sequence voltage injection (CBPWM-ZSVI) is proposed. Then, the upper and lower limitations of zero-sequence voltage is presented. The adopted CBPWM-ZSVI algorithm can achieve voltage balance ability effectively and dynamic anti-interference ability perfectly, and restrict AC terminal voltage step of the adopted converter within a half of DC-link voltage. Finally, the performance of CBPWM and CBPWM-ZSVI algorithms are compared by computer simulation and lkW prototype experimental test. Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed CBPWM-ZSVI algorithm.
