摘要
目的:观察祛斑汤对雌性C57BL/6J小鼠皮肤α-MSH表达的影响,为探索该方剂治疗黄褐斑机制提供实验依据。方法:将雌性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为空白对照组、祛斑汤低剂量(10 g/kg)组、中剂量(20 g/kg)组、高剂量(40 g/kg)组、维生素C组。各组小鼠灌胃给药30日后皮肤取材。采用免疫组化法观察皮肤α-MSH表达,并用χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:祛斑汤高剂量组α-MSH阳性表达率低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高剂量祛斑汤能降低雌性C57BL/6J小鼠皮肤中α-MSH表达、抑制黑素合成。
Objective:To observe the effect of Quban Decoction on expression of c~ - MSH in the female C57BL/6J mice skin and provide the experimental basis for exploring deeply the mechanism of treating melasma by the prescription. Methods : Female C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into the blank control group, the Quban Decoction low dose group (10 g/kg) , the middle dose group (20 g/kg), the high dose group (40 g/kg)and the vitamin C group. Take the skin from mice fed with drug for 30 days. Use immunohistochemical techniques to observe the expression of a - MSH and the result was analyzed using the X2 test statisti- cally. Results : The positive expression rate of ct - MSH in the high dose group was lower than that of the blank control group. The difference in a - MSH expression between the high dose group and the blank control group was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Quban Decoction can reduce the expression of a - MSH in female C57BL/6J mice skin and inhibit melanin svnlhesis.
