鼻咽癌干细胞的研究进展

摘要 鼻咽癌高发于我国华南地区、东南亚等地。目前鼻咽癌的治疗主要以放疗为主,因其高转移率及局部复发,5年生存率徘徊于10%～40%。目前鉴别肿瘤干细胞的＂金标准＂[1]是联合肿瘤细胞体外增殖实验及动物移植瘤实验。肿瘤干细胞（cancer stem cells,CSCs）具有分化潜能,其大部分子代细胞为非致瘤细胞,具有增殖能力但不能生发和维系肿瘤等特征,移植极少量该型细胞到免疫缺陷动物即可成瘤。
