替吉奥联合同步放疗治疗老年局部晚期胃癌的临床观察 被引量：9

Clinical Observation on Tiji’ao Combined with Concurrent Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer

摘要 目的探讨替吉奥联合同步放疗治疗老年局部晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法 50例局部晚期胃癌老年患者,根据患者治疗方式分为观察组及对照组各25例,均行放疗,观察组患者加用替吉奥胶囊口服,连续治疗3个疗程,比较两组患者的近期疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者临床缓解率高于对照组,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合同步放疗治疗老年局部晚期胃癌,能提高患者近期缓解率,不增加患者治疗的不良反应,值得在临床推广。
