摘要
目的分析肝胆病患者外科手术后施行不同营养方式对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法总结在我院进行肝胆术后胃肠功能恢复的患者56例资料,按照给予营养方式的不同分为两组:早期肠内营养恢复的试验组30例和常规肠内营养恢复的对照组26例,所有患者治疗后统计预后营养指数和治疗有效率,最后统计学方法比较组间差异性。结果试验组预后营养指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组显效20例,有效8例,总有效率93.3%,与对照组疗效结果相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆病患者外科手术后施行早期肠内营养,对该类患者术后胃肠道功能的恢复具有积极的意义,可明显减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the effect of different nutritional way for gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with hepatobiliary.Method 56 patients with gastrointestinal function recoveried afterhepatobiliary surgery in our hospital were summaried. They were divided into two groups according to the given methods of nutrition : the experimental group 30 cases and control group 26 cases. After treat-ment, all patients were counted prognostic nutritional index and treatment efficiency, then they were compared between groups by statistical methods.Results Prognostic nutritional index in experimentalgroup was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05),markedly effective of 20 cases in the experimental group,effective in 8 cases,the total efficiency of 93.3%.Conclusions The purposes ofearly enteral nutrition after surgery in hepatology patients has a positive meaning for that type of post-operative gastrointestinal function recovery, it can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
