外阴尖锐湿疣患者宫颈HPV的DNA分型检测结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解外阴尖锐湿疣(VCA)患者宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的DNA分型情况,并探讨宫颈HPV DNA分型与宫颈尖锐湿疣的发生、发展及癌变的相关性。方法采用反向斑点杂交法检测76例VCA患者宫颈HPV的DNA分型。结果在76例VCA患者中,宫颈HPV阳性44例,其中HPV6型最多发,19例(25%),占阳性比例43.18%。不同年龄段的HPV病例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单一低危型HPV多发于30岁以下患者,24岁以下患者7例(30.43%),25~30岁患者6例(26.09%)。宫颈HPV多发于30岁以下患者,44例患者中有22例HPV阳性的表达。各种分型的HPV中,以单一低危型表达最多,44例患者中有23例(30.26%)表达为阳性。单一高危型表达最少,44例患者中有9例(5.76%)表达为阳性。结论 VCA患者宫颈HPV的DNA分型与宫颈尖锐湿疣的发生、发展及癌变有密切的关系,需定期筛查VCA患者的宫颈HPV的DNA分型。 Objective To investigate the cervical type of HPV infection in female vulva condyloma acuminatum(VCA), and the relationship between the cervical type of HPV infection and cervical condyloma acuminatum in the onset,development and becoming cancer.Methods 76 cases of cervical secretion with VCA were examined by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results In 76 cases,44 case were DNA positive in cervical secretion,in which 19 cases were HPV6 (25%).The positive rate was 43.8%.The difference of all groups in age had statistical significance (P〈0.05).The main cases of LR-HPV were in the ages under 30 years old.There were 7 cases(30.43%) in the ages under 24 years old,and 6 cases (26.09%)in the ages from 25 years old to 30 years old.The main cases which were DNA positive in cervical secretion were under 30 years old.There were 22 cases which were DNA positive in 44 patients with VCA.In all the types of HPV, the main cases were 23 patients(30.26%) with LR-HPV,and the low cases were 9 patients (5.76%) with HR-HPV.Conclusions Cervical type of HPV infection is closely linked with cervical condyloma acuminatum in the onset, development and becoming cancer.it is oossible to screen cervical secretion in the patients with VCA.
