摘要
随着社会发展节奏的加快和人类活动的日益频繁,来自于经济社会各个层面、各个领域的信息越来越多,信息的形式越来越多样和越来越复杂。尤其在网络环境下,信息的传递极为便捷,信息的保护和利用工作需要更多的创新性的行为才能实现。基于此,本文对网络环境下档案管理工作的创新与安全防护问题进行了全面的分析,首先对网络环境对档案管理工作的要求进行了阐述,然后讨论了网络环境下档案管理工作的主要内容以及创新层面,最后从多个视角给出了当前档案管理工作的安全防护措施。
Along with the speeding up of the pace of social development and human activities become more fre- quent, there are more and more information from every level and every field of economy society, the form of informa- tion become more and more diverse and complex. As a result, both the difficulty and the importance of the archives management work are unmatched by any society. Especially under the network environment, the transmission of infor- mation is extremely convenient, protection and utilization of information to achieve work need more innovative behav- ior. Based on this, in this paper, the innovation of the archives management work under the network enviromnent and safety protection question has carried on the comprehensive analysis, first of all, the network environment of archives management work, and then discusses the main content of archives management work under the network environment and innovation level, and finally present security protection measures for file management in multiple perspectives.
