肺结核患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究肺结核患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡与结核病发病机制的关系。方法分离并标记肺结核患者和健康人外周血单个核细胞,采用流式细胞仪测定CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡率。结果肺结核患者及其涂阳组、涂阴组、初治组、复治组外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡率分别为(15.882±4.650)%、(15.089±4.179)%、(16.137±5.656)%、(15.129±3.7000)%和(17.819±6.678)%,与对照组CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡率(8.330±4.196)%比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),涂阳组与涂阴组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),初治组与复治组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺结核患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡率显著增加,CD4+T淋巴细胞数量减少,但CD4+T淋巴细胞凋亡率与患者是否处于疾病的活动期及治疗情况关系不大。 Objective To study the apoptosis of CD4+ T lymphocytes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and ex- plore its relationship to the pathogenesis of tuberculosis. Methods Mononuclear cells in blood from patients with tuber- culosis and healthy individuals were isolated and labeled. Flow cytometry was used to measure the percentage of apoptotic CD4+T lymphocytes. Results The rate of CD4+T lymphocyte apoptosis was (15. 882±4. 650)%0 in patients with tu- berculosis( 15. 089±4. 179) % in the smearlpositive group, (16. 137±5. 656) % in the smear-negative group, (15. 129 ±3; 7000)% in the initial treatment group, and(17. 819± 6. 678)% in the repeat treatment group. These rates differed significa'ntly (P〈0.01) compared to rate of CD4 +T lymphocyte apoptosis in the control group of (8. 330±4. 196)%. Rates for the smear-positive group and smear-negative group did not differ significantly (P〉0.05), and rates for the ini- tim treatment group and the repear treatment group did not differ significantly (P〉0.05). Conclusion The rate of CD4+ T lymphocyte apoptosis in patients with tuberculosis was significantly higher than in healthy individuals and the number of CD4+ T lymphoeytes decreased, but the rate of CD4+ T lymphocyte apoptosis has little relationship to the ac- tive phase of tuberculosis and the state of treatment.
