摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)与束支阻滞均影响心室的除极和复极向量,二者并存不能用常规的心肌梗死心电图标准诊断,急性心肌梗死并束支阻滞多年来一直都是临床心电图诊断的难点。本文结合近年文献简述束支阻滞对心肌梗死的影响和心肌梗死合并束支阻滞的诊断。 The acute myocardial infarction （AMI） and the bundle branch block both affect the depolarization and repo- larization of vectors of ventricles ; the coexistence of both cannot be diagnosed by conventional myocardial infarction electrocar- diogram; and the acute myocardial infarction with the bundle branch block has always been an obstacle of clinical electrocar- diogram diagnosis. According to the recent research review, the paper will give a brief introduction of the influence of bundle branch block on the myocardial infarction and the diagnosis of the myocardial infarction with the bundle branch block.
