摘要
目的评价输尿管上段结石移位至肾盂内行微创经皮肾镜取石术的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2009年3月至2012年1月30例输尿管上段结石移位至肾盂内行微创经皮肾镜取石术患者的临床资料。结果 30例患者均I期完成手术,28例1次取净结石,结石1次取净率93.33%(28/30),1例药物排石,1例ESWL结合药物排石治愈,结石总排净率100%。无并发症发生。结论 输尿管上段结石移位至肾盂内行微创经皮肾镜取石术安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of upper ureteral calculi shifted to pelvis treated with minimally inva- sive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL）. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with upper ureteral calculi shif- ted to pelvis treated with MPCNL from Mar 2009 to Jan 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of surgery in 30 patients were performed and finished in one - stage and 28 patients were cured with MPCNL once. The stone - free rate is 93.33% （28/30）. One case was cured by using drugs to discharge the stone, while the other was cured by ESWL com- bined with drugs to discharge the stone; general stone- free rate was 100%. No complication occurred. Conclusion MPCNL is safe and effective for upper ureteral calculi shifted to pelvis.
