摘要
用碘盐 ( 5%) +硼砂 ( 0 2 %)水溶液喷洒甘蓝自交不亲和系C -572 -1 1 -1 1 -1 1 -1的花序 ,再行授粉 ,平均亲和指数是系内亲和指数的 7.6倍 ,增效明显 ,且可比蕾期自交授粉节约费用 57.8%。
Pollination after spraying 5% iodate and 0.2% borax solution on inflorescence of self incompatible line C 572 11 11 11 1 of cabbage.Results showed that average compatibility index was 7.6 times of that of intra-self incompatible line.It economized 5.7% cost of self bud pollination.
