摘要
当下中国社会正在经历一场前所未有的社会信任危机,其已影响到社会和谐乃至社会发展。借助社会资本的研究视角,可以发现中国社会信任危机出现的原因与社会资本密切相关。网络、规范和信任作为社会资本的核心要素,三者之间相互作用、相互制约,社会网络及社会规范的缺失很大程度上加剧了中国社会信任危机的发生。基于此,可通过拓展社会网络、构筑社会规范、倡导普遍信任等来培育社会资本,以化解中国社会信任危机。
Nowadays, Chinese society is experiencing an unprecedented social trust crisis, and it has affected the social harmony as well as society development. By means of the social capital research, we discovered the emergence of the social trust crisis is closely related to the social capital. Network, norms and trust are the core elements of the social capital, they are interaction and mutual re- striction. To a large extent, the lake of social networks and social norms resulted in our social trust crisis. Based on this, social capital can be cultivated through expanding social networks, establishing social norms, and advocating universal trust, and social trust crisis can be resolved.
