摘要
简述了电动助力转向助力系统(EPS)组成机构和工作原理,分析了系统的动力特性,建立了主要机构的数学模型。根据车速信号和转向盘转矩信号通过助力特性确定电机助力的目标电流,将实际电流与目标电流进行比较,通过PID控制器完成对实际电流的准确跟踪控制。实现目标电流和实际电流直接的误差迅速减小,系统快速达到稳定。
The components of Electric Power Steering system (EPS), the working principles and dynamic characteristic of system were described simply, and mathematical model of main mechanism was established. The objective current of the motor was determined according to vehicle speed signal and torque signal of steering wheel. To make EPS system reach a stable state quickly, PID-fuzzy control strategy was adopted for the closed-loop tracking control of the actual current compared with the objective current of the motor.
