ZL101铝合金表面复合防护膜制备及膜层结构研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用阳极氧化和稀土沉积相结合的方法在ZL101铝合金表面制备复合防护膜,确定复合膜的成膜工艺。用表面分析技术对复合膜的结构形貌进行研究,结果表明,复合膜由阳极氧化膜和稀土沉积膜共同构成,且纳米级的稀土颗粒完全封闭了氧化膜的多孔结构,两者在ZL101表面形成完整的复合防护层。 Composite film was fabricated on ZL101 aluminum alloy by combining anodizing and rare earth deposition. The process of the composite film was developed. The structures of the composite film were studied by the surface analysis technique. The results showed that the composite film was composed of the anodized film and rare earth deposition film. The porous structures of the anodized film were completely sealed by the nano rare earth particulates, and the integrated composite protection film was obtained on the surface of ZL101 aluminum alloy.
