摘要
为更新改造石油机械实验室的旧设备,研制了新的石油钻机加载装置及自动送钻控制装置和配套测试仪器;设计和开发了一系列与机械工程测试技术、电液自动控制技术、交流变频技术、可编程控制器、传感器应用技术及信号处理技术相关的实验项目;为实验教学和科研创造了良好的工作条件和试验平台,并在实验教学和科研工作的实际使用中取得了较好的效果。
In order to renovate and reconstruct the used equipment, we researched and developed the new loading device and automatic rig feed device of drilling rig. A series of experimental items are designed and developed, which include mechanical engineering testing technology, electro-hydraulic automatic control technology, AC transducer, PLC, sensor application technology and signal processing technology. They created a good platform for the experiment teaching and scientific research, and obtained a good effect.
