贵州部分地方鸡品种血浆淀粉酶的多态性 被引量:3

Polymorphism of Blood Amylase Isozyme of Some Native Chicken Species in Guizhou,Henan,Jiangxi and Guangdong Provinces

摘要 采用水平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,对贵州、河南、广东、江西部分地方鸡品种及有关外来鸡种共 13个种群 12 2 5只个体的血浆淀粉酶的多态性进行了检测。结果显示 :在 Amy- 1位点 ,出现 A和 B两条活性带 ,形成 AA、AB、BB3种表型类型。χ2 检验表明 ,以 AB型杂合子的频率显著为高 ,3种表型的分布极显著偏离了 Hardy- Weinberg平衡比例。贵州小香乌骨鸡只有 AB型 ,没有AA型和 BB型。在 Amy- 2位点发现在小香乌骨鸡和黄羽乌蒙乌骨鸡中 ,与在封开杏花鸡和清远麻鸡中一样 ,出现了有带 (+)类型 ,但其频率很低。 In this experiment,using the horizontal polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we have first detected polymorphism of blood amylase isozyme of 4 native chicken species in Guizhou ( Wumeng, Yellow wumeng black bone,Black wumeng black bone,Xiaoxiang black bone ), 2 chicken species in Henan ( Gushi, Zhengzhou red ), 3 chicken species introduced to Guizhou ( Taihe in jiangxi, Avian and Elisa), and compared with 3 native chicken species in Guangdong ( Xinghua, Huxu, Qingyuanma ) and White Plymouth Rock introduced to Guangdong. It was found that within the area of Amy 1 locus two bandings A and B presented and formed three phenotypes AA, AB and BB. It showed through χ 2 test that frequency of AB types was very high. The three phenotypes distribution notably deviated from the Hardy Weinberg's equilibrum proportion. There is only AB phenotype in Guizhou Xiaoxiang black bone , without AA and BB. Within the area of Amy 2 locus , the type with a banding (+) was found in Guizhou Xiaoxiang black bone and Yellow wumeng black bone as well as in Xinghua and Qingyuanma, but its frequency was very low.
