摘要问责作为现代民主治理的标志和公共管理的核心概念,已经成为中西方学术界共同关注的焦点。虽然明确研究问责问题的历史并不长,但是问责研究已经取得了丰硕的理论成果。然而,由于中西方不同的政治生态,必然导致了问责研究内容上的差异。本文旨在从比较的视角对中西不同政治生态中的问责研究文献进行系统梳理,并从中探讨这些文献对进一步研究的启示以及未来研究的方向。 Accountability has become the common focus of Chinese and Western academia,which as the hallmark of modern democratic governance and a central concept in public management.Although the history to study the issue of accountability explicitly is not long,accountability research have made fruitful theoretical results.However,it will inevitably lead to difference on research contents of accountability due to different political ecology of Chinese and Western.This article aims to analyze systematically the accountability research literature in different political ecology of Chinese and Western from the perspective of comparison,and to explore the enlightenment of these literatures for further research and the direction of future research.
