摘要
城市景观文化的特色,是一个长期的文化积淀过程,它需要城市管理者的智慧与管理的科学性,以及设计师的不断创新。城市景观是科学与艺术的综合体,无论是建筑景观还是室内环境等设计活动,尽管其艺术理念、表现手段是自由的,但也受到自然环境、审美观念、经济、地域文化、技术、材料等客观条件的制约;同时,设计艺术又是在不同艺术风格与文化的交融过程中不断进步和提高的。
