风扇转子箍环与机匣间容腔的全三维数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 转子箍环结构能减小风扇尖部振动,但引入箍环结构后形成的尖部泄漏流会影响高负荷风扇的气动性能。首次利用全三维数值模拟方法,研究了转子箍环结构对风扇性能的影响。模拟过程中,采用多块网格技术,生成转子箍环与机匣间容腔复杂几何结构的网格。结果显示:泄漏流对转子尖部流动及总性能参数影响很大;优化的转子机匣容腔结构可有效减少泄漏流,改善转子尖部流动,提高总性能参数。 Tip ring structure can reduce the vibration of fan rotor, but the leakage caused by rotor ring has great influence on the aerodynamic performance of high-loading fan. In this paper, the effects of ring-cavity on fan performance were investigated by the three-dimensional numerical simulation method. Multi-block grid technology was employed for the complex mesh generation of ring-cavity geometric structures. The nu- merical results comparison of three different cavity configurations show that: the leakage could affect rotor tip flow field and the aerodynamic performance. The optimizing design of the rotor cavity configuration could reduce the mass of leakage; increase efficiency of rotor tip and improve fan aerodynamic performance.
