医患沟通中有效倾听能力测评工具的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 沟通在医患关系中发挥着重要作用,医患沟通是医护人员与患者及其家属双方相互交换预防、治疗疾病的信息及意见,传递情感,达到共识,以促进患者的身心健康的一项活动。有效的沟通有助于调整患者对医疗的目标预期值,使之合理化,从而降低发生纠纷的风险。倾听、共情、沉默等语言及非语言的技巧是有效沟通的重要因素,
