摘要 心理一致感（sense of coherence，SOC）的概念由Antonovsky提出，指个体对生活的总体感受认知，是一种内部稳定的心理倾向，即深入、持久又有动力性的一种自信心；由可理解感、可控制感和意义感构成。大肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，不仅威胁患者的生命，还严重影响患者的生活质量。生物一心理一社会医学模式的提出改变了人们的健康理念，
