摘要
将硫酸锌生产中产生的锌镉渣,用氯化铵溶液浸取,得到锌氨络合体溶液,对该溶液分别电解,回收锌与镉。浸取温度85~90℃,反应时间1.5~2h;镉电解电流密度为150~260A/m2,对应的槽电压1.6V左右,阴极板上海绵镉中的镉含量达到Cd:88%;锌电解电流密度300~400A/m2(对应的槽电压2.6-3V),阴极板上的锌含量达到99.96%。回收过程成本低,利润较好。
Zinc cadmium slag which is generated in zinc sulfate production is extracted with ammonium chloride solution, produced the complex combination solution of ammonia and zinc, then electrolytic respectively for the solution , zinc and cadmium can be recovered under condition of leaching temperature 85 - 90℃, reaction time 1.5-2h . Electrolytic current density of cadmium150- 260A/m2, the corresponding cell voltage of cadmium is 1.6 V, sponge cadmium content on the cathode plate is 88% ; electrolytic current density of zinc is 300- 400 A/m2 (the corresponding cell voltage of about 2.6-3V), zinc content on the cathode is up to 99.96%. Recoverycost is low sith better profits.
