摘要
为查找某型号加速度计标度因数复测结果与出厂结果相差0.1μA/g左右的原因,文中从加速度计标度因数的测试和计算方法入手,结合加速度计自动测试系统的组成和测试原理,对标度因数的测量不确定度进行了评定,得出测试设备自身的测量不确定度是导致测试结果差异性的结论。
In order to find the reason why 0. 11μA/g difference occurs between the a accelerometer' s scale factor survey results and the de-livery result, this article begins with the aecelerometer scale factor test and calculation method, combined with automatic test system com-position and testing principle, the scale factor uncertainty was evaluated. The conclusion is measurement uncertainty of the testing device itself causes different test result.
