枣树叶片气孔形态特征的研究 被引量:4

摘要 笔者以5年生~6年生梨枣、金丝小枣和陕抗2号为试材,研究了枣树叶片气孔特性的变化规律和差异。结果表明:枣树叶片的气孔特征在不同时期存在差异,成熟期叶片的气孔开度、气孔大小和气孔密度均不同程度地大于幼叶期。枣树不同品种叶片气孔开度、气孔大小在幼叶期未表现显著差异,但成熟叶期梨枣和陕抗2号叶片的气孔开度显著大于金丝小枣,陕抗2号叶片的气孔大小极显著大于金丝小枣和梨枣。枣不同品种叶片气孔密度在不同时期均表现显著或极显著的差异,幼叶期金丝小枣叶片的气孔密度显著高于梨枣和陕抗2号,成熟叶期金丝小枣和梨枣叶片的气孔密度极显著大于陕抗2号。 The change and difference of the comparison of stomata structure of leaves epidermis were studied with five to six year Jinsixiaozao, Lizao and Shankang NO. 2. The main results were as follows : open-degree, size and density of stomata at different times were different. Stomata open-degree, size and density on mature leaves were larger than that on young leav- es. The stomata open-degree of different species were not significantly different on young leaves. Stomata open-degree on mature leaves of Lizao and Shankang NO. 2 was significantly larger than Jinsixiaozao. Stomata size on young leaves did not have significant difference. Stomata size of Shamkang NO. 2 on mature leaves was significantly larger than Jinsixiaozao and Lizao. Stomata density of Jinsixiaozao on young leaves was significantly larger than Shankang NO. 2 and Lizao. Stomata density of Jinsixiaozao and Lizao on mature leaves was significantly larger than Shankang NO. 2.
