摘要
以实生核桃、黑核桃、奇异核桃为砧木,鲁光、香玲、薄丰、中林1号、辽宁1号为接穗,进行嫁接亲和力试验。结果表明:3种砧木与接穗的亲和性均较高,其中实生核桃的亲和性最高,为0.92;黑核桃最低,为0.90.但是3种砧木与接穗之间的亲和性无显著差异。中林1号与黑核桃砧木,鲁光与奇异核桃砧木的愈合情况为0.97,0.98,但是比较15种砧穗组合愈合情况无显著差异。
Taking J. regia,J, hindsii, Paradox as rootstock,Lu Guang, Xiang Ling, BoFeng,ZhongLin No. 1, Liaoning No. 1 as scion, grafting affinity test was studied, The results showed 3 kinds of rootstock and scion affinity were higher that the J. regia seedling affinity was the highest （0. 92）, J. hindsii minimumed （0.90）, but the 3 kinds of rootstock and scion affinity had no significant difference. J. hindsii rootstock x ZhongLin No. 1, Paradox rootstock x Lu Guang healing were the highest for 0. 97, 0. 98, but the comparison of the 15 scion rootstock combinations showed no significant differences in healing.
