摘要
为了探明侧风风向对发动机工作稳定性的影响程度,利用在不同侧风风向条件下,某型大涵道比涡扇航空发动机在最大工作状态下工作的试验结果,分别采用了参数方差对比法和发动机低压压气机出口(25截面)流动特性表征法,研究了影响发动机工作稳定性的最严酷侧风风向。对比结果表明:从后背机身方向吹的侧风对发动机工作稳定性影响程度最大。发动机侧风试验应当把该方向的侧风作为重点试验考核风向,为今后其他型号航空发动机设计定型试验提供技术支持。
In order to obtain the influences of crosswind direction on engine stability, ahigh-bypass ratio turbofan aeroengine at max operation state crosswind test data was used in different crosswind wind conditions. The influences of the most severe crosswind direction on engine stability were studied by parameters variance comparison method and the low pressure compressor outlet(25 section) flow characteristics method. The comparison results show that the influence of the winds from the tail body direction on engine stability are the greatest. The crosswind direction should be taken as a key test wind direction of engine identification test. It provid technical support for other aeroengine design validation test.
