摘要
【目的】对印度黄檀花挥发油成分进行分析,为开发利用该资源提供依据。【方法】采用乙醚浸渍法从新鲜印度黄檀花中提取挥发油,采用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。【结果】共分离鉴定出其中的46种化学成分,结果表明挥发油中含较多的酯类、脂肪酸、醛酮类等化合物,其中含量最高的是邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基-己基)酯(37.114%),其次为5-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-(4-甲氧苯基)-4H-1-苯并吡喃-4-酮(7.846%)等;挥发油中相对含量在1.000%以上的成分有14个,占挥发油总量的80.045%。【结论】印度黄檀花挥发油中含量最高的成分是具有抗肿瘤等多种活性的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基-己基)酯,其他活性成分含量也较高。
Objective To analyze the constituents of the volatile oils from the flower of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. for the development and utilization of the resource. Methods The volatile oils from the flower of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. were extracted by diethyl ether immersion method and were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . Results Forty-six kinds of chemical constituents from volatile oils had been identified, and they were mainly classified into esters, fatty acid, and aldoketones. Of all the constituents , Bis (2-ethyl-hexyl) phthalate accounted for the highest proportion (37.114%), followed by 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2- (4- methoxyphenyl) -4H-l-benzopyran-4-one (7.846%) . There were 14 compounds with the relative content of volatile oils over 1.000%, which accounted for 80.045%. Conclusion Bis (2-ethyl-hexyl) phthalate, which has anti-tumor activity, accounts the highest proportion of the volatile constituent from the flower of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb, and the other active constituents also have high proportion.
